Much Ado About Nothing
"Thou and I are too wise to woo peaceably"
I was the scenic designer for Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare with an adaptation by the director, John-Michael Marrs. This set was designed with sustainability in mind. The concept of a found theatre space that was turned into a radio station made that part easy. The majority of what was on stage was stuff that we had in stock, such as platforms, rope, and paint. Old set pieces from earlier in Baylor University's season were used to fill in the background of this "found space". This was my second mainstage design as the scenic designer at Baylor University.
